Hey there fella's

This is my Osta + S4 log. Going to update it religiously (I hope) depending on how much time I have after my classes. I've been training hard for 3 years now, used to weigh 145lbs with a really high body fat percentage. This past Fall I bulked to 190 pounds and was squatting 455 for 2 reps breaking parallel. I pitch at the JC level and was sitting at 88-89mph during this time, quite a phenom at 5'8.. Early Jan a month before the season I blew out my UCL and went under the knife for Tommy John surgery. Was out of the gym for 4months during this time. I'm dedicating this summer to my rehab. I chose these SARM's because of their semi-lack of HPTA suppression and because I've heard good things about Osta's healing properties.

Starting Stats : 5'8 170lbs age 21 BF 14% (Not sure exactly, I can get it checked this coming Tuesday)

Ending.. ?

Cycle..
1-8 ostarine 25 mg... dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-4 s4 50 mg... split dosage (25mg in the a.m. and 25 mg early afternoon)
4-8 HCGenerate
1-12 Formastanozol

I may buy a second bottle of s4 to run for 8 weeks, or the bottle may last me 6 weeks if I decide to pulse 5/2 if I can't handle the night vision sides.

- Priority #1 protect the integrity of my right elbow, do everything I can to promote ligament and tendon health.

Thanks guys! Today I took my first doses but I don't feel like writing about my workout until day 2 tomorrow lol. Should be a killer day for Back/Bi's! Had some nice chicken/brown rice/ avocado for dinner. Treated myself with a Greek strawberry yogurt and granola :)
 
May 20th Back/ Bi's

Today was a pretty cool day. I have a friend of mine who is back for a month from school before he moves into his house in SLO. He has always been underweight and says he's serious about gaining some mass this summer. I told him that I was going to get PT certified soon, and that he should roll with me and I could show him a few pointers. Needless to say I wanted to show him some good form during deadlifts, something that I'm not supposed to be doing with a lot of weight.. I started light but it felt so good! I stopped at 285 after 8 reps. They went up so easy but I didn't want to push it. So I'm going to do deadlifts from now on and really listen to my body and make sure I keep the weight light.

I can't say for sure if the Osta or s4 is kicking it at day 2, but my muscles felt fuller and more firm. I know the Osta is subtle and comes on slowly, so I don't want to say my increased pump was from that, but felt really healthy and endurance was superb. Its a weird feeling, working out and dripping sweat yet not feeling fatigue..

Here is my morning smoothie recipe, something that is quick and simple for me to make in the mornings since they are really hectic and short of time.
Morning Shake recipe
1. 5cubes ice
2. Banana
3. cup frozen strawberries
3. Cup frozen blueberries
4. 3scoops chocolate protein powder (66grams protien)
5. 3 spoons greek yogurt
6. Milk
Weight is still steady at 170lbs, spider veins across the shoulders and chest are becoming more visible, and while shitting I saw some a few pop out of nowhere in my right quad.
Tomorrow is Legs for weight, LETS GO!!!!

Day 3:
Had a pretty cool day today Hitting Legs/ Shoulders. Went hard on the legs did a drop set with 225/135 (10) (15) and then hit 315 for 4 reps getting A2G. A long ways off from what it used to be, but signs in the right direction. Shoulders got slaughtered with heavy Military presses and Arnold's plus some auxiallry stuff for pitchers. Weight is up 2lbs, 172pounds now... I'll try to post a pic of my lunch if I can.

Figured I'd pop in for day 4.....

Decent chest tri workout today, could have been better but things were haywire. My friend was signing up for a membership so it killed my pump after chest and I was all out of my head when it came time to do tri's.
Even still chest I hit 4x15 55's DB super setted with 10 incline/flat/decline pushups.
3x12/10/8 Incline press machine, can't do incline bench because of the elbow
4x15/12/10/8 Cable fly's
Then dips 2x failure and started tri's
Tri Chair pushdowns? Idk what to call them went 295lbs on those. Basically reverse dips
Behind the back DB tri raises Im forgetting what to call them
finished with some iso work

I know lame workout :( Like I said my shit was all frazzeled today. But I ate great
weight: 173
So 3pounds gained in 4days.. I don't feel that much different on these SARMS, but shit is still crackin up in here!
Going to wakeboard and tan this weekend, maybe get my dick wet 2morrow night at my dance class. Life is good! But whenever I say that the other foot drops...

Day 5. FWARKK!!! My endurance is through the roof! Thats the biggest jump I've seen the s4 bring on. I'm telling you guys if you want to increase all of your lifting volume this is the stuff to take.. Ar-r sells it really expensive, thats what I'm running uniques is a ton cheaper and could be just as good I'm not sure. I'm feeling some slight mass gains, I just got off letro and tapering down with Nolva plus forma stano so I put on a few pounds of water weight now that I have e in my body again lol. So weight gain could be that or the Osta. Day 5 things really haven't been that apparent.. I don't feel on, but I'm literally forcing myself to take rest days, and stop in the gym. I'm talking limitless energy... Been eating clean, hope to keep gaining.

Weight: 171 today :(
 
How's it affect your cardio?
 
Day 6: Today was supposed to be a rest day but I wanted to train my friend and I'm taking a 4day lay off so I went to the gym today. Kept it simple with Calves/traps/forearms. Forearms were just my elbow rehab routine. Anyways the four day lay off should be good for me. I don't feel tired but I've been going hard for 7 weeks straight now so a 4 day break will keep me growing and possibly eradicate any chance of over training. Endurance is still killer, and I feel a small appetite increase it feels like. Could be all in my head. So far SARMS have been really underwhelming, should have saved them for a PCT or a bridge not just run them as a solo cycle. But because of my injury I feel like I made the right choice, I feel my elbow getting stronger and more stable every day.

I don't do cardio. At least not right now.. During the Fall/winter/spring I run anywhere from 2-4miles a day 5days a week (damn you! coaches!) This summer I'd like to see what I can look like by watching what I eat.
I may add clen for week 4-6 and then 2 weeks off, and run it for the first 2 weeks of PCT. Just an idea I've been kicking around, but I don't feel like I have enough mass at 5'8 170 to mess with Clen.

Weighed in at 175 today but I left my trainers on.. So I cheated :P
 
So tired... Been running 15-16 hour days of non stop action and work. But getting steady gym time in. My body is transforming today is day 11. I think a progress picture at the 3rd week mark would be beneficial to some people..
I'll give this more energy when I have some..
 
Today was a rest day so I went to Gold's did standing DB shrugs, seated Db shrugs, trap bar ones and elbow rehab and 20min cardio just to stay active.. :) Weight is still staying at a solid 170, but I've dropped maybe 1-2% off my body fat got about a 3ish pack now. The SARMS are working, strength is WAY up, more vascular for sure, but overall these compounds are super super mellow. Just ordered some caber because I have some prolactin gyno from max lmg I used this Fall that has stuck around. Still taking forma stanzol too atm.

Grabbed some Albuterol too, I like that it has a shorter half life and Im an athelete and want to be able to run, have less sides etc. So I'll throw that in for a few weeks too. I have 50 tabs 4mg a tab, going to work my way up to 12mg a day from 4mg. Should be really really light.

I got a sample of N2KTS green apple gunna crack it open and see whats good with it. Might cut it with some Green Magnitude thats green apple too. My spirits are high! Had some weird shit go down last night when I saw the Ex at a concert I was at. She was with a dude who was trolling hard no game at all, so I took the ex and danced with her right in front of him, he was about to say something but I guess I looked too beefy in my bro tank because the kid didn't step up at all. I don't need girls guys I'll focus on lifting and baseball. Plenty of time for chicks when I'm done playing this game.

A quick check in on day #17..
Loving this s4/osta cycle. Strength has continued to increase with each week. Felt some elbow soreness today so going to take a 3day break after hitting it pretty hard the past week straight I think. Bf is still dropping and I weighed 174 today. Not bad, not bad.. Ordered some DAA, creatine nitrate or pct along with the bridge/forged post cycle, unleashed/ HCGenerate I plan on taking. Might save some of the stuff for a H-drol/Anavar/furza run I'm going to do in August. Going to try and get a progress picture up in a week or so. Depends on how I big I feel. Its been a little over two weeks, but the changes have been dramatic already. Might enter a contest in Late August if I keep making gains the way i've been..
 
I am really enjoying reading your log. I just got my s4 today and waiting on my osta, should be in by tomorrow. Have you gotten any negative sides yet (vision)?

Thanks man appreciate the feedback! S4 and Osta.. Just like me! haha. YES I have 100% gotten negative vision sides. I haven't heard of anybody not getting them, and apparently they get worse the higher the dose you go. At 50mg/ED I have them and I haven't gone higher mg than that. The sides are more amusing than anything, like waking up at night to pee and realizing you can't even see the outline of a closed door in your bedroom, just blackness.... Ok, that sounded scary, but I swear I don't have any regrets using this stuff, and apparently everything comes back to normal within 5days after stopping usage. The other side effect is lights look really funny when you go from outside to inside a building. Kind of like looking at stuff under a black light, only not as cool.

Update: Day #18
Took a rest day today since I was getting blood work done, posted my results on a separate thread. Tomorrow is rest day #2 going to the boardwalk to drink a few tall cans and pull ho's. Then Friday will be in an insane chest/tri workout.. One for the books!
 
Yeah ripped_k1d my cycle is very similar. Sounds like those sides just come with the territory using S4, no real avoiding them. OH! BTW my S4 came in today. I decided to dose S4 at 32 mg/ed taken at 16 mg x2 daily (Using 5 on 2 off protocol, gonna try and avoid eye issues as long as I can). Osta at 15 mg ed. I have been contemplating logging, I decided I will. I will let you know when I get it up, meantime I am writing everything in word.

I was a bit hesitant at first to dose both because of all the comments about how disgusting it tatses but I just shot it down the back of my throat (insert joke here) and to tell you the truth I didn't taste a thing, just made my throat oddly warm. I think clomid tastes a lot worse (which I'm also on, as I'm in PCT) with a lingering chemical taste in my mouth for 15 to 30 minutes. This is day 1 for me. I am enthusiastic to see where this takes me.
 
Sounds pretty sweet man. You WILL up your doses Im sure of that:P The little oral syringe is no big deal, I drink grapefruit juice after my dose for better absorption. Good luck buddy!
 
I'll be starting a similar cycle in a few weeks. Just a question about vision sides, did they get progressively worse or they got to one level and have stayed there? I don't mind temporary vision issues but the thought of it affecting my vision long term is a scary thing. I'll be running 50mg as well
 
For me the sides came on at 50mg and I've never ventured higher, but supposedly can get worse the higher you go. Dyaln is the expert here on SARM dosing, he was able to get up to 100mg/ED without serious sides so I guess its something that goes case by case. I like a 50mg dose because its effective and my s4 will last longer. Nobody has reported any long term sides, everything should go away a week after discontinuing use. KKKlick and you running it solo/ as pct?
 
Figured I'd check in today because I've been doing things a little differently lately. I've added 8mg 2x a day of Albuterol from MP research. Pretty sure their stuff is over dosed. This shit is potent! Weight is still a solid 170 but the SARM combo is shredding me up nicely. Did some back Bi's today and pulled the 80's for DB row with perfect/controlled form for 10reps. Getting some strength back, feels good. Pool party tomorrow for a buddies graduation. These people haven't seen me in a few months. Bithces gunna be getting moist.
 
Day 24 on my Osta S4 combo.... So almost out of S4 tomorrow will be my last day dosing it at 50mg ED. Stuff has been potent but Ar-r's price for it is still ridiculous. I deff got the real deal though.. Still no real weight gain off this and I've been eating like a horse. But very clean. Vascularity is golden. I took a pic on my phone I'll upload it for you guys to hate on haha. Day #24. Been 10 weeks back in the gym after a 4month break. Going to continue the Osta until its done while running albuterol in place of the S4!

About 14-16 more days of Osta + Albuterol 16mg ED then I'll do my pct. Next cycle will be outlined as follows.
wk 1-5 Anavar 30mgED
wk 1-5 Helladrol 50mg ED
wk 2-5 Katanadrol 250mg ED
wk 1-6 RS- Transaderm

Tons of liver support/ full pct with torem. The cycle makes my head pop every time I look at it hahaha

Checking in... Finished off the s4 last week but still on the Osta. Going to wait until I kill the rest of this osta bottle to start my Unleashed/ forged post cycle/ bridge/ DAA pct run

weigh 175 now BTW. Decided I'll just keep trucking back to my old weight around 185. 10more pounds of muscle will be easy to get by the end of summer.

Yeah I'll use the PCT since Its a mini and I'm going to run something real in August.
Yeah the cycle was something i came up with at like 2am because Im stupid and low on sleep. I have tbol and katana on hand already but I really want to run anavar this summer. I've never pinned before but I want a test base when i'm on cycle so thats why Its between test e and rs transaderm.. Only liver toxic compounds are the var and tbol which both are super light...

Hey thats my logic, could be considered silly I'd like to here what you have to say.
 
Just finished up the Osta so its been 4weeks of S4 and 8 weeks of Osta
Ending stats
5'8
180lbs.
So gained 10lbs in 8weeks with more vascularity and strength is way up. SARMS rule. No sides from Osta, s4 had vision problems but my eyes are fine now. Osta be itself makes you more hungry great product for bulking imo. Loved these SARMS I feel a little suppressed. So can't wait for my PCT to blow me out of the water.
