Remember, post T3 cycle you should use some type of thermogenic or clen to boost metabolism. Plus training naturally raises T3 levels. So, post T3 start on ECA, NYC, or clen (clen would be good since it 'upregulates' T3 receptors) and train alot. This should help thyroid return to normal levels quickly. However most anecdotal reports are that even after cyles w/doses of 100+mcg, thyroid function returns to normal levels within a week or 2. Nandi12 @ CEM told me this and his info is primo. I think WarLobo here at Elite says the same thing. If you have T3 questions-ask him-he is Elite's best T3 guru.
