Riddle me this SALT dilema!

I noticed something wierd, or maybe it's not wierd. But does anyone know why i get puffy when i regular salt but not when i load up on sea salt? Why does corse sea salt not cause water retention on me, but the cheap table salt does. If anyone can shed light on this i would appreciate it.

Nevermind i answered my own question by looking online. I will never use regular salt again. I have been experimenting on myself with salt intake for some time and see the same thing over and over again. Sea salt removes my bloat no matter how much of it i eat. When i stop eating mineral salt and switch to regulat white salt i will puff up within days, and it's the kind of pufiness where the skin is puffy and muscles flatter. With minaral salt it's the opposite. Skin is thinner and muscles fuller.

Yes it's true salt is salt and it's tha same attitude i alwas had. But you know how some people with allergies can only eat organic foods? Why is that? The authorities will tell you the food in it's basic structure is identicall, and while it may techinically be, there's more to the puzzle then meets the eye. Until very recently we did not understand the differeces in fats and all were grouped into just fats. But we've certainly seen a dramatic turn around in this attitude. I have observed natural mineral salt to make a nigh and day difference on my body. And i shifted back and forth with the same consistent result.

I'll give you an example. I always ate tuna fish from the can (albacore). The problem for was it always bloated me the next day, over and over, no matter how much i rinsed it. So then i switched to low sodium or no salt added and replaced the salt with mineral salt and never got bloat the next day again, why is that? I think our nutritional science is good but there's still plenty of stuff we don't understand.

What about Salt Substitutes? Are these ok too take when dieting or trying to keep lean, or do they still make you puffy like salt...anyone know?
