most name brand pre workouts are pretty much the same shit
stimulants
sugar
neither of which benefit you while you train and actually hurt your training.
if you feel like you need either to perform then congrats, you are a junkie. no different then a coke addict who needs it to function day to day
i teach people to to be STRONG MENTALLY. i don't teach people to be WEAK. but i also understand that many people are addicted to this shit. the way you stop it is you need to wean off of it slowly over the course of 2-3 weeks.
and you can switch over to cardazol or ostazol which aren't pre wrokouts with tons of stims or sugar
