Rich is full of PMMA and gets ripped for it. But the guy looks freaky in real life (in a good way). I saw him last year up close and he is huge. I was 250 pounds at the time and he made me feel like a little child He impressed me more than all the current big names in bodybuilding. The guy is tall too. Mike always looks amazing although I am not a fan but you can't really look any better than that.
