Rice - a few questions....

What type of rice should I be eating? I presume standard brown? I have heard that white rice has all the nutrients taken out of it, is this so? I always seem to feel really bloated after eating white rice.
 
If its after your workout eat white rice. white rice, white breads, regular pasta are all fast digesting carbs and should be eaten after your workout. but i wouldnt eat them during the day because they are more easily stored as bodyfat. plus you could use the extra fiber in wheat or whole grain products.

Well i just checked a few websites and it seems that regular pasta digests at a medium rate. not as fast as white breads or white rice but not as slow as whole grain products or wheat products.
