I tipped out a few pounds on my final weigh in tonight so I'm hopeful. If I could do things over, I would have trained a bit harder before jumping into my first cycle. But I'm in it, and I'm going to do everything in my power to maximize my results. Elvial023, I am going to force the breakfast down. It's always been a tough thing for me, I have bad acid reflux. But I am approaching it differently now, with a shake first as a layer.
Does anyone use a particular app for counting calories?
