Results on test c, first cycle

If your appetite is that bad invest in some ghrp 6 and whilst whole food would be ideal have another shake or 2 throughout the day if you cant eat anymore
 
Lord help us all!!

Bro the problem is diet 100% ur getting crappy nutrients

Make it simple
Meal 1
-Two large cage free organic eggs
-One cup of egg whites
-One cup of oats dry
-Two slices of whole wheat or whole-grain toast
-One cup of fruit any kind

Meal 2
-6.5 and ounces of chicken breasts boneless and skinless
-1 tablespoon of coconut or olive oil
-One and a half cup of broccoli or mixed greens
- 1/2 cup black beans or brown rice

Meal 3
-One cup of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup of nuts example almonds walnuts pistachios
-1/2 cup of chopped apple
- 4 oz deli meat turkey breast chicken breast roast beef
-two slices of whole grain ,sprouted grain or ezekiel bread

Meal 4
Post workout
This post workout meal can fit in any meal of the day adjusted accordingly to your workout schedule

-2 cups of skim milk ( want to limit fat intake post workout )
-Two scoops of whey protein
-One banana
-One glycemic piece of fruit mango pineapple (something very sugary fruit)

Meal 5

-8 ounces of lean meat lean beef pork or chicken
-One cup of mixed greens or 10 to 12 spears of asparagus
-One medium sweet potato
-1 tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil
-1/4 cup brown rice

Meal 6
-1 cup berries. Straws, blues, razz, or mixed
- 1 cup cottage cheese
-1tbsp natural pb



This is a general plan that will put some size on ya
If ur not gaining. Up ur meat one oz and adjust carbs a bit
 
Btw if u have a hard time with breakfast
Try to make urself eat !!!!

If u just can't push ur meals back u can use a fasting windows

Eat from 12-8 or 10-6 something like that

I promise ya if ur in gear and u follow this plan u will grow with solid gains

I spent a bit of time on this for ya so for the love of God don't be getting pizza chips and all that crap

It drives me crazy to see ppl on gear with a shitty diet gear if meant to aid a already good diet and training protocol not a fix all my bad habits when it comes to building mass
 
Also if that's two much food then work urway into it
Example use 1/2 cup of oats in morning and no bread or whatever u wana do but if u wanna be big like a beast and have slabs of muscle then u need to eat like a freaking beast and lift like one

That was kinda like my meal plan when I was 170 years ago
 
Typical, 160 pounds using gear ? Pfft. Get off this forum and off juice, start ur diet properly and gain weight without. AAS is an aid alongside someone who has already gained enough and needs an edge. Your reason for doing it is f***ing dumb
 
Great posts stackinplates. But will he follow it. OP it's best not to just jump into loads more calories as your body won't appreciate it. But you need to start upping your food but only with good quality stuff. Sure you can have some dirty foods with your metabolism.

I appreciate your honest diet post though. Every time guys say they are not gaining like you have and you ask them to post their diets it either goes 1 of 2 ways... they are honest (rare) or they post some bullshit diet they read in flex magazine that they are obviously not being honest about. Your diet is why you are not gaining... plain and simple. It is awful. You need more meals in there. Some steak and sweet potatoes, chicken and rice and broccoli, oats with chocolate protein powder mixed in. Just simple things but consistency. Timing of food is important too... get in regular meals.

Breakfast is very important and you need to eat it. I like 4-5 whole eggs with toast or maybe oats. If you really struggle do that oats with protein powder mixed in at the end... so nice and easy to do. I like to add in some sultanas, goji berries, chia seeds etc.
 
I truly do appreciate the posts from you guys. Stackinplates, started up the diet today. Already feel better. More energy all day. Thanks for taking the time to type that meal plan out. I tipped out a few pounds on my final weigh in tonight so I'm hopeful. If I could do things over, I would have trained a bit harder before jumping into my first cycle. But I'm in it, and I'm going to do everything in my power to maximize my results. Elvial023, I am going to force the breakfast down. It's always been a tough thing for me, I have bad acid reflux. But I am approaching it differently now, with a shake first as a layer.


Does anyone use a particular app for counting calories?

Just eat. If your struggling to gain you dont need count, just eat, eat, eat and make the most of your first cycle

I don't use any apps or count calories so I can't help you with that one.
 
Myfitnesspal is a good app for tracking but i still think you would be better off just eating as much as you can
