Results on test c, first cycle

Hey everyone,

On my first cycle. 1 month in, first three weeks 400mg a week.

This past week I upped to 500mg.

I am 6'1 and 163 pounds, up 3 pounds this month.

I was really expecting more than this. I have an very fast metabolism, it's very hard for me to gain weight. That's the main reason for the cycle.

I have been pinning the glutes, 1 inch 25g. I was reading if you have very low body fat 1inch is the route to go. I'm at 9% body fat, and i literally have no meat on my ass.


I've been supplementing with n2guard and adex.

I am considering going to the dr and getting blood work, but was really hoping I wouldn't have to.


The gear I'm running is from a reputable source, I know he's running a lot though and wondering if it's under dosed.


I do have more aggression in the gym, libido is up, and my heart rate is def up. Just not much gain.

Any input?
 
Steroids arent magic. If you weren't able to eat enough before starting the cycle then you will have a hard time putting on weight with or without gear. Infact the test will probably speed up your metabolic rate. I reccomend you look into ghrp6, it should really help you pound down those calories. Also dont be afraid to eat some "dirty" foods here and there to help get calories in. Iv subbed good luck.

You need to EAT MORE. The test will be building up now. Sounds like there is nothing wrong with your gear. I bet you are scared to get fat. You need to eat big to get big especially with a fast metabolism. Big orse is spot on. Don't be scared of calorie dense food. Lots of meat, pasta, rice, peanut butter, eggs, fish, oats, olive oil, coconut oil, walnuts, greek yoghurt etc etc.
 
I'm not scared to get fat, because it's basically impossible with my body type. I've never been more than 165 in my life no matter what I eat.


I am going to buck down and force some extra calories. I've been eating the normal stuff I always eat honestly. Slightly cleaner certain days. But usually burgers, steak, peanut butter sandwiches, etc.

The only thing I was worried about was my blood pressure that spiked a bit initially, but after starting my AI and n2guard it's back in control.
 
Can u still post ur diet ? A typical day of what u eat?

100% of the time guys think they are eating enough and they are not

It is impossible for someone to not gain weight if they eat proper especially on gear!

I used to think the same when I was 165 lbs then I figured out proper nutrition and nutrient timing and went to 180 naturally then got up to 215 at my peak now sit at a lean 198

It's all about diet brah!!!
 
I'll probably get yelled at haha.

But here is a usual day

Carnation breakfast shake for breakfast (have a hard time eating breakfast)

Usually a few breasts of chicken and some bread, maybe some chips and a vegetable for lunch

Often eat out for dinner, aka

Double cheeseburger
Pizza
Gyro
Chinese

Etc


Pretty basic, and my appetite hasn't gone up much, I think bc I haven't been smoking as much pot. It's been giving me anxiety about the gear, so I just haven't been smoking much
