Look at the LoseIt app, I have used it on my ipad and it is a great app once you get used to using it. You can barcode scan your foods in, or search the foods already in the database. I went on a cut using this app and I can absolutely say without it I would not have been anywhere near as successful. It keeps track of calories, carbs, protein, and fats so you can tweak you diet as needed. Good luck.
