Man, today is the first day I've ever had a clean refeed on my CKD and WOW, it's hard to get these cals in. Mucho respect to you guys who do this on a regular basis.

So far today I've eaten:
239g Carbs
102g Protein
12g Fat

And I'm only around halfway done :o

I still feel dirty for eating like this lol.
 
Keep it up bro. I eat that way every day (500g carbs, 400g protein, 60g fat) and sometimes I feel frigging sick and don't want to do it anymore, but then I think of those boys at Valley Forge and if they can do what they did, I can at least swallow some more oats.
 
WOW! Thats insane man. Today I'm shooting for like 400g Carbs 300g Protein and maybe a max of 50g Fat.

I'm trying to totally bust myself to cut down right now (about 22-23%BF) but I'm fearing the day I bulk with numbers like yours. I guess I'll have to live off of sweet potatoes and oats lol. At least the food is cheap.
 
just oats, flax seed oil, protein powder, and dextrose, along with a bunch of other sups (l-glut, glucosamine, t-rex, blah blah blah blah).
 
BAAAAAA, I think I've failed miserably. I give up, I'm to stuffed to eat anymore today:
Day's totals:
Cals 2550
Fat 29g
Protein 161g
Carbs 410g

I got my carbs in, but I'm lacking in the cals/protein department. I guess I can always squeeze in 2 scoops of Whey before bed....at least that rounds me out to around 200g's of protein.

i find it's easier to motivate myself to eat if the food doesnt require much prep time. I cant stand having to eat every two hours and take half an hour to cook it and another half hour to force feed it lol. really sucks up alot of time. Good work with the bulk though, but if you quit again tomorrow you'll be sentenced to death by deadlifts! now eat!! ;)
 
You on;y had one more meal after coming on here and bragging about how much you put down 1/2 way through the day!!!!!!!!! LOL.....kidding bro - IMHO, you should be getting the protein in FIRST......carbs/fats if you have the room!
 
Naaa man, I meant to make it sound like I wish I was further than halfway done because I knew all of that food was going to fill me up for a good 5 hours (it was closer to 7!!!). Didn't mean to make it sound like bragging :).

I still got close to Mr.X's suggested ratio of 70/20/10 carb/protein/fat although I had 63/26/11
 
Muhahahahahahaha! Eating clean rocks! After my minute long morning piss and my HUGE slam I stepped on the scales to see that instead of being up my normal 3-4lbs, I was up nada. Thats correct, I'm the sam weight as yesterday.
