You might be a little bit less than 20% body fat, but it is hard to tell because of the skin condition.
The higher body fat % you have, the greater chance you have of getting estrogen related sides, and things like high blood pressure. Also, elevated body fat is also a good indicator of an unhealthy lifestyle. That isn't always the case, but typically someone that has high body fat isn't the pinnacle of health. So if you're not a healthy person to begin with, steroids are not for you.
I commented on your other thread about what I think you should run and the reasons why. But after seeing this and reading more and seeing pictures, I think it would be best for you to lay off the gear for now, at least until after your tummy tuck surgery. Basically, you are going to have to take some time off to recover from that.. so why would you want to run a cycle if you had to stop working out shortly after? Get the procedure done, and then think about running something. I think you will be a lot happier with the results if you went this route.
