well my body responds better to moderate to low reps, i dont really like doing real high reps never i go above 12, though i like to change my rep schemes up around every 6-8 weeks, i pyramid wieght so every 8 weeks or so i will change up how much i pyramid up and my reps, usually this is on my compound movements, like i might do 8,6,4,2,1 on bench for a few weeks, and then i might try 3 X 3. i like low heavy reps a lot better for ocmpound then good 8 reps or so on other movements. feeling the pump from certain reps is all personal, some ppl respond better to high reps, that might be you if you like it more.
