C Cackerot69 New member Jul 11, 2001 #3 That myth is still circulating around? Jesus... High reps for cuts = BS. Your diet gets you cut, and cardio can help. I focus in the 5-7 range, and incorporate some 10-12 rep sets to stimulate the two different ways a muscle can grow.
