The air pollution will kill you in 6 months, go to google and call a real estate agent.

There are a lot of cities much nicer and cheaper than Mexico City.

You should at least live on a beach city, i'm sure finding a gym wherever you go wont be a problem. I go to mazatlan regularly and workout at a gym there called golds gym (not the same as US). Just cause they are mexican doesnt mean they dont like the same things we do

You can get a really nice apartment for around 200 dollars US per month, or you can pay 20 dollars per month and get a shithole just outside of Mexico City proper.
