Relief from post cycle depression

What would you consider a better pct? Another possibility to how im feeling could be due to stopping arimidex cold turkey a week and a half ago. I am very sensitive to estrogen which is why i came off. I need an ai even at 175 test a week otherwise i'll be crying just like im feeling now. I was taking arimidex at .25mg eod through pct but it wasn't dosed correctly so i figured i'd just stop taking it altogether and then a week later i got all these depressed emotional symptoms

I agree with Steve that the dosages of SERMS you are running are too high. People take SERMS like they are Flintstone vitamins but they often cause more side effects then the drugs you used in the cycle itself.

That article recommends Clomid, which is probably the cause of his problems.

I've been saying it since 1998 -- Clomid sucks ass. Horrible, horrible, useless drug.
 
i know it is the clomid because i don't cry. Haven't cried in 4 years prior to gear. I think i need to ride it out because like i said up there i was on for a long time and never used hcg



You are just the kind of bro we made Hcgenerate for, the guys who do not respond well to Clomid.

People don't realize that some HCGenerate with BRIDGE and a little arimidex is all they need and is the best way to recover. EVen if Comid helped, you'd have to go off and then you're back to square one.

I agree with BRR add some HCGenerate and bridge to your PCT< clomid does make alot of people emotional, i am truly sorry about your Friend I hope they catch that lowlife.
 
Id suggest doing something else you enjoy, instead of lifting. Post cycle Id focus more on maintenance and maybe cutting back on the force feeding and fucking giving your body a little break. If you are already running cycles on and off, your not going to gain much of anything, if you are already large, during the off periods anyway. Try to embrace that mentality and train more for the vent, hit the strength records you can for your mind, and just focus on some other shit for a while.

Ive been embracing the idea that I will have my growth phases when Im on my HRT , and when Im off or cutting back on food for a break, I just maintain and still hit some strength records. I focus my mind on other shit that I enjoy though, instead of being consumed by the constant regimen.

I dont fuck with PCT anymore. All it does is give me side effects and joint pain. Fuck that shit.

Yeah thats another problem.. I still train like im on steroids but my joints and tendons are going to shxt, sprained my ankle running 8 miles a day, pulled my calf the next week trying to do cardio with one leg..
