Relief from post cycle depression

Yeah thats another problem.. I still train like im on steroids but my joints and tendons are going to shxt, sprained my ankle running 8 miles a day, pulled my calf the next week trying to do cardio with one leg..

Know how it is brother. I havent run alot of cycles yet , and never anything too high, and now Im mainly just on HRT which keeps my test levels in a good range all the time. So I dont have the highs and lows anymore like before. I find I make consistant progress this way. Of course its still a much longer process then running heavy gear, but there are no down periods either. My strength gains have been weekly, sometimes multiple records a week, since I came back from the 10 month break I took. For about a year straight. There was a few times where I took a few weeks off.

Size gains are always much slower than strength gains for me, but Ive been adding alot in back/chest measurement yearly. Arms have been stubborn as fuck and havent broken 19 1/2 cold since 2012. My straight arm relaxed measurement went up an inch but not the flexed. Ive tried 100 sets to failure of arms split into two sessions. Thats another issue though.

Overall the HRT has really kept shit steady. You can always add to it as well and then go off the extra shit and just stay on the HRT dose rather than going off of everything. You dont really need PCT that way either. Not that I ever used it anyway. Never did a shitload of cycles though.

Cycles where you gain alot of strength can be the most decieving. With the superdrol, before the ban, I got massive strength increases. When I went off my joints hurt like hell and everything felt heavier than before I was on it. I gained some permanent muscle and strength I think, but it wasnt noticable when I went off at first.

You may want to consider incorporating HRT if you can get it prescribed. Or you can just get some test and run it like you would HRT. 200 mg a week or so, all the time. You may want to take some breaks off of everything sometimes, but for the most part you can stay on if bloodwork is coming back clean. With black market its hard to know what the fuck you are getting though.

I'm 21 no ones prescribing me hrt. But thats what i was doing for the last 8 months or so. 500mg test for 12 weeks then dropped the dose to 175 and i was a machine. I dont do well with estrogen though, only reason i came off. These research chemical ai's suck and without a strong dose of arimidex test makes me depressed and emotional. I used to cry watching ufc, the gains werent worth it.. Lol. If i ever touch gear again its gunna be doctors prescription trt so my e2 is balanced out or im just gunna stay on masteron year round hahaha

You should still have some good years without it then. I didnt fuck with hormones until about 10 years into my training. You can gain plenty that way.

I might cry if I started watching cable tv again too. That shit was depressing as fuck. ha ha. Used to be a time killer for me, but wasted so much of my life watching bullshit.

Only thing Id say is, try not to get caught up in the concept of more being better when it comes to drugs. Drugs really only provide an extra maybe 5 or 10 percent to whats already there, when your foundation is already solid (eating consistancy, training intensity and consistancy, etc).

The more you use, the more you need to maintain it. So you set yourself up for continual chemical warfare. Id reccomend taking the slower route and using moderately. Making solid progress each year. Im on HRT and find 200 mg a week is working great for me, and Im not a beginner. Ive been training 21 years and still growing on 200 mg TRT dose. Because of my low hormone use so far, Im able to maintain most all my size without even being on HRT. So Id suggest embracing that route and you should last alot longer and keep getting larger and stronger for many years to come. Just means you gotta train harder and more intense than the drug abusers, but when you want it youll fuckin do it. Trying to take shortcuts leads to deficiencies down the line and other issues. You also develop a mental reliance on the hormones. You wont even want to train when you go off a mega dose cycle. It can make you believe that your normal state is much larger and stronger than it really is. Rapid strength increases also can tear tendons and anabolics can dry them out when abused.
