hard to understand exactly what you said, but sounds like maybe she's afraid you and your friend have talked about her sexual habits or something and she is self conscious.

Because that is what you are saying, between the words and sentences. You are saying that she is not open enoughsexually for you to get hard yet she was open enough with an ex which seems to annoy you and seems to be what you think will solve your problem.

No offense, but this is a problem you have to work out with yourself, because the underlying issue goes beyond just a bit of sexual dysfunction. Her past sexual activities should not have any place with your current activites. I would think you are putting way to much performance pressure on both yourself and your girlfriend.

Oh and a bit of advice....

Oral sex and some patience could get things going.
