This is an Excell sheet I made last year.
It will help you w/ tracking your gains, protien intake and much more!
It has 4 (four) parts to it.
Part one: will help you track your lifting percentages of a 12 week period.
Part 2:Will help you track your protien and Calorie intake daily. W/ goals, amount short etc.
Part 3: Contains values for Protien & Calories based on Certain Foods.
Part 4: Contains the instruction to use the sheet.
Everyone on here and Especially Needto has been a great help to me so I would like to contribute in one of the ways I know how.
