5 % over a few months is definitely do-able. I don't know if its available in AU or not but Lipo 6 staked with Aspirin has helped me greatly in getting over the plateaus. It contains synephrine (which is a lot like ephedrine) and caffeine. I take 325mg of aspirin with it, and that has worked really well for me.
