I agree with the comments above, even very lean women have cellulite but the lower body fat you carry less likely you will be to suffer it. Nutrition and exercise are the key. I have experienced it myself; still there are visible bumps when squeezing my thighs but barely noticeable otherwise, specially on the back of my legs where it was quite bad.
