Operating for 7 years and filling 15,000+ orders is pretty successful for an online dealer. I can't count all the ones I've seen come and go over the past 7 years. It looks like he is a pretty smart guy though and hopefully he had the insight to put back some cash for precisely this moment. You can't sell like that and expect to never get caught.
 
maybe he didnt care and the game was all he had.... why else would you staY? id be interesting to he if he saved up enough money to affaord a killer lawyer. he would need at least 25k to buffer the sentance 50-75k to walk...

50k-75k for a steriod case?......your crazy......the 25k would cover that case all day and then some.
 
They said he put up $25k cash bond, which is a good sign. They also said that his checking account was over $350k. Anytime Law Enforcement knows what your checking account balance is, its usually a really bad sign.

damn. He is going away for a long time...

15,000 orders though! He was damn successful! If the feds waited this long to nail him that means they were compiling a shitload of evidence. $1 million in attorney fees will not save his butt.

It sound's like he's sucking it up and taking what's coming,which is a rarity nowday's since everyone wants to make money without any fucking legal issues.

How come so many of the busts be are seeing there is always something else illegal, like rec drugs? This dude had 10 unregistered guns? What the hell do you need 10 for? (Unless he was selling those too.) The guns will hurt him. One year mandatory for one unregistered firearm in MA, not sure if they multiply that by 10x in this case. Not sure of the implication of the "drug-free" zone crap, but it can't be good. He may be going away for a long time.

you guys should all move to canada where possession is legal

A lot of times the drug-free zone is on school property and I think that a firearms in a shcool zone is a federal crime.

You need more then one gun for the same reason you need more then one pair of shoes.
 
Isn't that crazy that the "FREE COUNTRY" (The United States) is a place where we can be locked away for YEARS of our lives just for using steroids?

This is probably the LEAST free country I've ever been to.

Steroids... are we REALLY hurting anyone?? Come on people.. there is something larger going on here, there has to be.

That right there would alert anyone. I'd be willing to be he made more than one $10k deposit. SHould have known that would flag someone...

A two year investigation. They have all the clients names. Makes you wonder how many people out there order stuff online and think they are safe!
 
Lets not forget that everything he own's plus all the money has been confiscated. Also, with that much money in the bank you know the IRS is going to want to have a talk with Mr Kelner.

Some people like guns. I wonder if he even had ammo for all 10. I have a couple pistols and a shotgun, whats the big deal? I registered them in CA when I bought them but I didnt re-register in my current state after moving. They could probably arrest me for the same stupid shit if they wanted to trump up charges on me.

There is one state in the US where that is true also. I think its Vermont, or some other north east state. Or at least there is no law saying that its illegal.
