I eat red meat all the time, at least once a day and frequently 2 times or more. But usually, just bacon and sausage for breakfast (sometimes beef sausage, pork mostly).
By the way, anyone notice in Arnold's Bible he mentions the beefalo as a good meat that is high in protein and low in fat. I am guessing this is a typo, since I have never seen a cross of a buffalo and a cow. Interesting idea though.
