Red meat

I'm looking to add some more muscle, mostly eating chicken, tuna, turkey, and pork. Some guy say I should be eating more red meat twice a week. they say I should avoid the fatty cuts and eat the lean red meat. Author say you should avoid red meat because it takes a long time to process it. What do you think and how often do you eat red meat
 
I eat red meat daily fatty cuts, I'm healthy is a horse
it's the quality of meat and fat thats important
 
you want to always eat the fatty parts of the red meat. you also want to eat the organs and bone marrow too. our ancestors ate all of the animal, not just the muscle parts.
