DAMN TATTOO, 5'5" AND 190 WITH LOW BF IS PRETTY JACKED. YOU MUST BE A STOUT MOFO. MY TRAINING PARTNER IS 5'6" AND 150 WITH LOW BF WHEN HE'S OFF, AND HE LOOKS DAMN GOOD FOR 38.

• AR downregulation in response to AAS does not agree with real world results obtained by bodybuilders, whereas upregulation does agree with real world results. (A neutral position, where levels in human muscle might be thought not to change in response to high levels of androgen, is not disproven however.)

I agree that receptors don't downgrade...

Just a note on Tatoo...

You went from 217lbs @ 12% to 183lbs @ 7%

That means you lost about 20lbs of LBM along with only 14lbs of fat

You must have done something wrong. It's terrible to lose all that mass. It brings a tear to my eye :bawling:
 
THIS SAME TRAINING PARTNER NEVER KEEPS THE MASS HE GAINS WHEN ON. HE GETS UP TO 180LB WHEN ON, BUT LOSES IT ALL WHILE OFF. HE HAS REACHED HIS GENETIC POTENTIAL AND CAN NOT STAY HEAVIER THAN AROUND 160 WITHOUT GEAR. HE'S CONSIDERING STAYING ON EVEN WHEN OFF, TOO. MAYBE 100MG TEST A WEEK OR SO OR A CC OF SUST EVERY THREE WEEKS.
 
THANKS FOR BACKING ME ON THIS ONE E2!!!!!! DREXX, YEAH I DID LOSE SOME LBM. ALOT OF IT WAS WATER WEIGHT ALSO. THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE WHEN USING CALIPERS. YOU CANT EXPECT TO KEEP IT ALL, IT NEVER HAPPENS. BOTTOM LINE, I WANTED TO GET RIPPED QUICK, BECAUSE I BULKED FOR JUST A TAD TO LONG. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 12 WEEKS TO DO IT INSTEAD OF 8. Just started a massive bulking cycle 3 days ago.
You got any pics. of yourself at 217lbs.???

I would like to know/see what to expect, since we are about the same height. I will probably hit 215 at least before cutting up. I could also judge where I'm at bf% wise when compared to you.

I CAN PROBABLY DIG SOME UP. I THINK MY LAST PIC WAS WHEN I WAS 210 THOUGH. HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT(FROM MY EXPERIENCE). I HAD MORE OF A POWERLIFTERS BODY WHEN I WAS AT MY PEAK. MY DELTS WERE ROUND WITH SOME DIFINITION. I STILL HAD A V TAPER( ACTUALLY BETWEEN A "V" AND A "U". I CARRY MOST OF MY WEIGHT IN MY UPPER BODY AND STOMACH. MY QUADS HAD SWEEP BUT NO CUTS. VEINS IN MY ARMS AND FOREARMS WERE STILL THERE. MY ASS GOT KIND OF BIG AND SO DID MY NECK. STILL HAD A HORSESHOE IN THE TRI. I LOST ALOT OF DEFINITION IN MY BACK. YOU WILL PROBABLY LOOK LIKE A MAILBOX. AT LEAST I DID. ILL LOOK FOR THOSE PIC FOR YOU THOUGH. EMAIL ME ME IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE DIET I FOLLOWED. TATOO
