Ok, Ive been lifting for a while and have access to some N0s, but have never any. I'm 25 6"1 170, looking to get a little bigger nothing huge, but stay shredded (not looking to retain water),

What would be a good starter cycle, (how much, how often, for how long) ?

Prolly a silly Q but whats NOs , and research first cycles a bit your self you will learn more ,test only is best .

I'd start off with a minimum of 5,000 calories ED for 16 weeks. You'll probably put on a good 10-15 pounds if you're lifting and sleeping adequately. If your CNS allows for it, up the calories and sleep even more and hit the gym for two full workouts a day once or twice a week. Incorporate AR and GPP into your daily routine in addition to your full workouts. Throwing in 30 minute secondary workouts for legs, back and bench throughout the week can yield great results. Emphasize GPP over any cardio work to emphasize gains.

If you're thinking about anabolic steroids, I would urge you to learn how to grow naturally by altering training, diet and rest first. If you don't know how to get your body to react without drugs, simply throwing them in the mix hoping for beneficial long-term results would be a waste.

Very very very good advice samoth!

I have seen too many guys make this mistake... my gym looks like a circus freak show at night. With geared up dudes with 1 or 2 huge body parts because they dont know how to work out. There are a few that look like they gain 40 pounds only to lose it all to next cycle starts and on on on.

Listen to samoth bro this is by far the best advice you can get.
