Hey everyone,
I've been on a few forums and posted here a few times, still very much a newbie tho
Just a quick summary of myself:
Been training on/off for over 20yrs
Went from 110lbs (bf unknown, lol) to 170lbs 14% bf...then been bordering that weight for 10yrs; NOT committed to the gym
Been going hard at it last couple yrs but stuffing bad cals in and got to
180lbs and 20% bf late Nov '13
Now I am 168lbs at 12% bf
That roughly a loss of 15lbs fat / 3lbs of muscle gain in 3months. I have been BUSTIN my ass!!!
I'm glad I have done the research I have and am going to start my cycle next Monday. Not originally understanding that I needed to get my bf lower before cycling REALLY helped me get in tune with my diet and training response. I honestly feel like I know what I can get away with (prob sounds terrible to be like that but I'm human. If I can't stop thinking about deep fried chicken wings or poutine...anywayz)
I have all my gear bought and on hand.
I have:
20week supply of Test Cyp (500mg/wk)
20week supply of Deca (500mg/wk)
HCG
Nolva
Chlomid
B6
My friend says I should stack the Test and Deca to get my 1st best gains. After reading so much about how hard Deca can shut you down and the fact I cannot find a decent source for Dostinex or Bromo I am going to opt to NOT run the Deca until later on. I may even run my Test at 400mg/wk for 12-16weeks
Couple things:
Does Deca expire? I expect the trolls to rear their ugly heads and chew me out. Some guys are relentless; I think this is a valid question. I have the shit and thinking about holding off for quite a long time possibly
What is coming off Test like? I am very level headed. I will do a FULL PCT and am working with a naturopath so I will be getting my bloodwork done
Also. I said it before, I feel I REALLY know my diet. I think I can set a base of maintenance cals where I'll be able to build lean muscle slowly and even drop bf if I want..(this is painfully slow). I guess my question is this; should I add a surplus of calories to bulk a bit and sacrifice gaining 3-4% bf increase while cycling to gain as much muscle as I can or can I effectively use the anabolic response to build my muscle faster by floating just a smidge above my maintenance levels to build the leanest muscle I can.
Just not sure the best approach. Some say the Test Cyp will blow me up and bf% will be hard to measure with the water retention and I will naturally lean out coming off
Ideally my goal is to maintain 10-15lbs muscle from this cycle and possibly drop 1-2% bf over a total of 20-24 weeks..that's 4 weeks after FULL PCT
