One last thing... stop calling yourself "bad". WHO you are is not determined by your training -- it's who you are ALL the time ASIDE from training.
You have "on" days and "off" days... those terms will make you feel better as person if you can retrain your brain to think that way. You're just having an "off" period right now... you'll get back "on" to things real soon.
