Re: Why Billy Has Breasts

I just read the article "Why Billy Has Breasts" dealing with various anti-estrogens. My question is this: Will any of those drugs Reverse gyno?

It seems that they either block receptor sites or prevent aromitization. So when people say to begin taking Nolvadex if you notice signs of gyno, is it not already too late. It would seem they can prevent it from going any further but are there any ways (other than surgery) to reverse gyno?

Thanks for any help bros!

If the hard lumps are all that you've got, and there isn't alot of fat around them, then the surgery is fairly inexpensive. At least in comparison to a full gyno lypo job (as on an obese adolescent). It can be done under local anesthesia and sedation with an incision around the nipple... unlike full gyno lypo where they go in under the arm. You can be back on your feet in a single day. With anesthesia... we're probably talking a couple thousand dollars. Unless you've got it bad. Then we're talking 5+.

Nolvadex has been reported to significantly reduce it in some cases and some have reported that Femara also works quite well at reducing it.

That article needs to talk more about 3rd generation anti-e's - Letrozole (Femara) and Exemestane (Aromasin).
