for me, my bench is around 70 pounds more in a denim shirt. I wear the hardcore suit for pulling and squatting and it adds probably 50 to these lifts just to give you an idea. so thats roughly 170 to my total. BUT, at the elite levels a shirt can add 100-200 pounds on the bench to someone proficient at benching in a shirt. pretty crazy!
Realized I kind of called heavywear a liar in that last post. No, I just find it absolutely incredible people can get over 100 on their bench out of a shirt -- can't wait to try one out.
