Im thinking of 3-4 sets per exercise, 6-12 rep range. there is a few things im wondering about chaning. for one i think 3 xercises on both triceps and biceps may be overkill. and im excited on how my shoulders will take working after chest. other than that im pretty satisfied...but any advice is welcome..thanks

oh and cackerot i know you dont like it, you dont like anything

Looks okay for the most part to me, bro. Just a couple questions and comments:

Do you not want to squat or do you have trouble with it?

I have never been a big fan of shoulders/chest on the same day but if it works for you, go for it.

3 exercises for bi's and tri's will be okay for but keep the sets to 2 for each exercise so they are only getting balsted with 6 sets apiece. 6 sets to failure is plenty for bi's or tri's.

Chins for tri's?

I would probably replace the flat bench with decline DB but that's just my opinion. The incline DB presses are a must though...they are excellent.

I'm not a H.I.T. jedi or anything but the volume may be a bit too high...you'll just have to experiment with that yourself and see as optimal trauining volume is highly variable for each person.

I would replace the Arnolds with DB shoulder presses...the best mass builder for the delts IMHO.

See, no major changes...looks pretty good. :)

oh shit i didnt notice that, its not chins for triceps, its DIPS...that makes more sense i think.

i have problems with squat, so im dumping them. i figure heavy legpress will do the job.

im trying chest shoulders this time around. i chose arnold press isntead of DB press because after doing chest, your chest IS pretty fried, and no matter what you say, doing DB press for shoulders does require some chest involment. and when your hest got nothing to give, the poundages will be to low to really do much good. so arnold press was a good substitute seeing as you cant go to heavy on it anyway, and its a killer on front delts.

Decline press huh? never really considered that. my flat bench is lousy, and i havent been doing a real fral bench exercise in a year. do i figured doing it now would help my chest get to another level..we will see.

i will consider the 2 sets on each arm exercise..we will se what happends..im hitting them tomorrow
