rate me new member to the board

need to improve on the legs.. you did not add pics of the lower body so I'm thinking that needs improvement.. how's the upper and lower back? as for the picture you look very good and solid..

here is another shot of the back and legs. I didn't really prepare but since you asked for pictures and I didn't have any other pictures I had to make them quick. Also legs I don't train at all right now, maybe will start soon.

Looking solid, I guess it depends on where you are at in your training ie. comming off of a bulker or if you're trying to cut up. I would say to focus on abs. All in all though good work thus far.
 
thank you for all the compliments and recomendations. legs have started training but lightly. I had a big injury before and it took me 6 month to recover. Also the left biceps I have no idea why it look this way from the back, probably from previous injury also. Have been training on and off for 12 years. Stats right now 216 lbs height 5'8. Right now I am trying to bulk up to 225 lbs short term goal and 240 long term goal. After that will start doing cutting phase
