Raquetball is great Cardio and Fun as hell

played for the first time in about 10 years. I used to love that game. What a great workout. We played 3 games and it lasted about 1 and 1\2 hours. I would much rather play that game a few times a week rather then run on the tread mill.

Good workout if you have a good partner.

they eye protection is cool.. you just spend the $$$ for a good set, no fog, and impact resistant..
