Whatever happened to her? I haven't seen any current pics of her, but she used to have the long lean muscle look that I would like to achieve.

Oh man, she was one of like three posters I've ever had on my wall. (was never much into posting people) What a babe....

Have to agree with that one :)

And Warlobo, seems that your Womens Board FAQ
is famous............

Fonz.

hey Fonz! Regardless of what some may feel over at the Thin board, I truly enjoy your informative posts.

By the way, I am working on a Dr of Pharmacy degree.....so perhaps thats why I like your posts more than others

I LOVE Rachel McLish - she's still my ideal for female physique. Haven't seen her lately, but she's very memorable!

Yes Rachel - came off like one sanctimonious bitch in Pumping Iron II, but my God - was she beautiful!

I have news for you Jane.... if you want to look ANYTHING like her than you are going to have to EAT A LOT and lift some SERIOUS WEIGHTS.

Not to mentione choosing new parents or having your tendons cut and reattached in order to have "long" muscles.

Yeah I always liked Rachel until I saw Pumping Iron II, as bmom said, one 'sanctimonious bitch'. I hope that was not a true reflection of her personality. I personally like the more hardcore physiques, but she did look good.

Hehe sooo true, and too frequently overlooked by people setting physique goals. I haven't seen Jane, so I can't say for sure that she doesn't have the right genetics.

When I used to be a trainer, the mention of wanting "long" muscles bothered me more than wanting to be "toned" -- it just brought back some bad memories :)
