I know a few women who look better at age 52 than she does. HOwever props to Rachel for making it happen for women. I'm not so sure I like the direction the women (and judges) took it, but she's a fantastic lady.

I sort of wish they'd shown her w/ something bigger than 8 lb weights or whatever those are.

Not a flame, but I'd like to see the 52 year olds that look better than that. That reminds me of when people see a built guy and say "I knew a guy that was bigger than him." etc.

Give the lady credit where it is due. There are NOT many 48 year old women outside of Hollywood who look like that. Besides, she was the first Miss Olympia. She has nothing left to prove with her body.

Friend of mine who I have great respect for. But actually over the years I've seen lots of amazing women who are older. I'd also like to say that if you look at the girls who are winning the larger regional & national level bodybuilding and even figure shows - a large number of them are over 35.
