Strength training and fat loss ..

my weak points are flexibility, but i hope to fix that with more experience with active stretching..

clientele is primarily 36-60.. the old adage.. everyone may want what you have to offer, but if they don't have the $$$$ then you don't have a business..

the fact that you dont accept God as your creator and savior and that he sent his son to die on the cross for your sins, since we are all sinners.

Now believeing that is the first step, if you truly believe that and you want to change then you will truly change. Thats what God does.

Me on the other hand is sinning like I can do whatever i want which makes the whole idea hypocritical. But God is a loving God and he forgives, i know it doesnt make snese but if you think about how he is perfect than it is pretty amazing
