The employee revolt was about that said tip jar. Employees were pissed off that the managers were sharing in the tips. Pretty weak if you ask me.
Tip jar pisses me off anyway - part of the reason I am paying $4 for this coffee is because you are making good jack + beni's as serving coffee part time. But I am a good tipper so I throw in my $.25 change anyway

Nah he wasn't bannt. The way I heared it, his life got busy with stuff that didn't necessarily align with posting on elite much.
