Manufacturer can't control post or customs, out of their control. So allow more time, looks like it is on the way

For security reasons you should not accept any package holded by customs for several weeks, worse if your order was big... exist something named controlled delivery...my two cents.

Packages are so damn backed up internationally still from covid and with the holidays just passing.

I ordered from napsgear 2 months ago and still Haven't received my order yet
they did give me a tracking number it got emailed to me and I went on the website and found it under my account. the tracking says something really weird. It says it's in New York but it says inbound from Shipping partner. They wont reship until it is seized. I’m not happy about this
