How many carbs do you guys eat before you decide you will need ALA, or R ALA. When I eat, if my carb intake is below 30 low GI carbs or 20 Hi GI carbs, i do not take ALA. Am i missing out on some benefits that I could be getting from the ALA?

Also, do you guys know how long the muscle receptors stay affected by the ALA? Do you take it with food or before food? Also, lets say I take some ALA with a PW shake, and one hour later when Im going to have my PW meal, do I need to take more ALA?
