Taht is really up to you. Sorry but someone has to say it. Just try it and see if it feels good to you. I personaly like a regular grip where both palms face your body. I think it is cause I am wierd but I feel my hands are stronger that why. They say you put on ten pounds of mass in the frist month of doing deads and squatting, I put on twenty five in a month. (ALL NATURAL) That is the sort of results you can see by doing deads. I also put my dead lifts on the end of my leg day to really finish off my legs. Hope that helps.
