questions about what work out to do...

hello every1 im new at this site and im 6 feet tall weighing at 165 lbs and im on vacation right now in the philippines for about a month and i wonder what kind of work out i can do at home...the reason is because there is no gym near my relatives place and all my uncle has is a pair of dumbells which weighs 30 lbs each...i was wondering how i can work on my chest while im here...alos there is no bench here...do i just do push ups?...how many reps and set?

thanks for the reply but where should i lay down cause they dont have a bench to lay on around here?

btw...is 30 lbs a dumbell enough??

pushups, d-bell curls, tricep extensions, flyes, kick backs, dbell rows......etc. Anything you usually do at home but super set it. I would pick three to four excercises and do one to the other back to back taking a minute to a minute and a half between sets, do three to four sets of these. It will be more undurance/circuit training using that low weight but you won't feel as bad as you would by not working out. Keep it intense and do a complete circuit every other day and you'll feel pretty good I'm sure.
