reading up on this supplements it contains like all in one you need while training , whey protein, creatine monohydrate, BCAA , vitamins and minerals, etc....if you buy all those individually you would spend like 200 dollars , this products cost 80 bucks and I was wondering if it's worth it to buy and if you don't need anything else since it contains all those compounds in one, if anyone here has used I would appreciate some reviews, thank you guys.

the ironic thing is every single thing you mentioned it contains is in FOOD

$80 is a lot of groceries. i would eat a quality pre workout meal like some eggs, green veggies, sweet potato, and a piece of fruit and BOOM you get everything in that supplement

EAS makes myoplex products but there are tons so I am not sure exactly which product you are referring to. In any event, a good diet and adding in a pure whey isolate will cover you on everything. Creatine is a good supplement too. You could and ancient strength from n2bm for a very low cost.

EAS myoplex actually doesn't contain any creatine. I just looked up the product ingredients.

It's honestly not that great of a product. It's basically just a whey protein concentrate with a multi vitamin and mineral added. If you look at the form of the vitamins and minerals added, they have a very low bioavailability and you won't even absorb any of the product.

The biggest thing to look for when shopping for a multivitamin is what form the minerals are in. Most supplement companies use mineral oxides in their multi vitamin products because they are cheap. The problem with that is they only have a 2-4% absorption rate. Take magnesium or zinc as an example. Most multivitamins will have the forms of 'magnesium oxide and zinc oxide' listed.

What you want are amino acid chelates. You want to see 'magnesium amino acid chelate and zinc amino acid chelate'.

Myself personally, I would just buy a good quality whey protein isolate, a good multi vitamin and a creatine supplement. It'll be way higher quality then myoplex and be around the same price.

A 5 pound bag of wheytobuildmuscle from n2bm.com is $40
A 30 day supply of ruthless 3d multivitamin is $20
A 30 day supply of ancient strength creatine is $20

That adds up to $80.
