5 miles every morning at a medium pace it takes me about 45-50 minutes for the last week with T3 at 25 mcgs and clen at 100mcgs and i havent noticed any muscle loss infact im stronger but i have lost some noticable fat around my stomach. only been 7 straight days though. hope this helps a little.
I do cardio 5-7 times a week usually split up into 2-3 seperate sessions depending on my schedule for that day.Mostly 2 though a 15-20 minute jog in the morning and than after I workout later in the day I'll hit up the treadmill.I get bored on that thing so I make things interesting for example...
I'll start by walking at a speed of say 3.5 at an incline of 10 for 2 minutes than Ill lower the incline too 0 and set the speeed at 9 and run for 2 minutes than I'll set the speed at 5.5 and every 30 seconds raise the incle .5 till I cant get no higher than I'll do something else.Works for me ...
