ok I'm going to try the TKD, just finished bulking from 170 to 180 want to cut to 175, then begin bulking again. I shouldn't drop much water weight, since I eat very little as far as carbs go already.
My problem is, my protein powder has 2grams of carbs per serving, I will be eating 2 servings after working out.
I wouldn't think 4 postworkout carbs would kill the TKD but, Theres probably also alot of sweetener in the whey (Its banna flavor and tastes awsome as dry powder eating it w/ a spoon) Think this will kill ketosis for good?
