i've posted this question in my training journal thread, but i guess i'm not important enough for people to look at it
lol..
anyways, i tried sprinting today, and i feel great. i can breathe easier and everything. my only concern is that since i'll be sprinting, wouldnt i be creating a caloric deficit? so that would hinder mass gains, no?
