from what I gather it's THE healthiest oil you can get and it provides one's daily value of EFA's (Essential Fatty Acids) and is a good source of calroies too... I'm not toally positive if that's correct; so anyone who knows defenitely feel free to bash me too, for being a tool
I can tell you what (I think) the flax has done for me:
1) Increased joint lubrication - Used to really bad cracking joints and stuff. Although they still crack slightly they are much smoother now.
2) Improved skin condition - Used to suffer from dry flakey skin on my cheeks (face lol) and this went away after using the flax.
3) Seems to have made y body more efficient at buring fat but the jury is out on this one.
1 and 2 deffinalty... 3 like I said may just be me. Ive just finished my 6th week of taking flax and have just started my second bottle... will take this for ever now. Its great!
