Anthrax, I never eat lowfat meals, even post workout, so I include flax in my post workout drink. I usually mix 2 cups skim milk, 1 cup soy milk (also has EFA's, but a high n-6 to n-3 ratio), 1 tbs of ground flax seeds and 5 grams of BCAA's in my post workout drink.
