Hey I'm a newbie to this website and also new to weight-lifting in general. I started lifting b/c I'm naturally a skinny guy. I really want to have increases in my arm size/strength. Does anyone have any specific advice? any exercises I should do imparticular?Thank you very much for your time.

Focus on big compound exercises, eat lots and LOTS of food.

That's my cure for skinniness...it's definitely working.

Focus on heavy barbell curls as your main exercise and use low volume. You dont need more then 6 sets. One of the biggest problems people have(myself included) is that a feel they need to do 20 sets for biceps. This is not the case. They are a small muscle that does not need a lot of volume. Also focus on your triceps too. They are a much bigger muscle then biceps and your arm will get bigger by focusing on them. Overall my advice is that you can't get just your arms bigger. You must get your entire body bigger. To do this stick to heavy compound exercises, eat and rest.

3-4 days a week
Your workout should be based on bench, deadlifts, squats
Make sure you use free weights whenever possible and the diet pretty much makes you or breaks you :)
I never do more than 5 sets...and if I do 5 sets, its of 5 reps. The rest is 3x8-10
