Question for the ladies....

Never Enough

New member
My fiance is starting to get back into the fitness scene needs a question answered. She is only looking to tone up and lose a little weight. (Just for the record, I think she looks great although I probably don't tell her enough) Well she's been asking me what would be a good MRP for her since all my stuff is weight gainer. :D So there it is ladies...what do ya'll use?

I personally like Isopure. Actually if you mix the stuff with Crystal Lite its not so bad. Just dont' wait to long after u mix it to drink it because it dissintigrates so quickly.

However before she starts thinking that a MRP is the answer to losing weight, please remind her that the best thing she can do is take a good look at her diet and stick with a good mix of REAL food and not the MRPs.

I like "Lean Body for Her" post work out at the gym. I was having it mixed with soy milk, but I can't use the extra cal's, so now I'm just having it mixed with water (in a blender with ice) and it tastes just fine. If I've pushed it real hard and feel weak I'll add half a bannana. I usually get to the gym around 6:00 or 6:30pm, out around 8:30, so I need something quick and easy since dinner isn't until around 9:30.

MRP's for me have also been useful for me for breakfast...I am NOT a morning person!!!
