What's up dawg?
I have a few Q's about your 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 plan.
#1. How many meals per day do you eat?
#2. Do you eat first thing in the morning?
#3. Do you use any thermo's?
#4. Do you consume a fast protein(ion-isolate) along with glucose for post-workout?
#5. How long do you wait after your last meal before going to sleep?
#6. How should it be adjusted to maximize my cycle?


I going to give this a try, I just wanted to know a little more info before I went head first into it. I want to drop 15LBS. of fat before my cycle in November, the goal is to put on a solid 30LBS.
My cycle:
Dbol 30mg per day, Week 1-5
Sust 500mg per week, Week 1-12
Eq 600mg per week, week 1-12
Clomid 100mg per day, week 15
Clomid 50mg per day, week 16-17
I will also have Arimidex on hand.

Yo...whats up bro? Well, here are my thoughts!!!

#1...I love the cycle, I couldnt have planned a better one....

#2...Eat first thing, of course I do.

#3...THermos...I do but more for pre workout energy....If I am cutting I will run thermos heavy...but I dont like the anxiety I get from them...

#4...I eat 6-8 times a day....For instance breakfast might be eggbeaters, english muffin and a little peanut butter....or a snack may be just roast beef cold cuts...dipped in lowfat sour cream...or mayo...it all depend son how much fat I have lerft throughout the day to eat.....Sometimes I may have a slice of pizza....
