I was reading on your CKD Manuel and I was wondering why you dont recommend any type of cardio on the carb-up day.. why is that out of curiousity? You're sure that the sudden intake of carbs wont spillover into bodyfat?
1) The 24 hour carb-up, if done properly, will not spill over into body-fat. Yet, NOTHING in this world is for sure, so I will not make it a universal thing, although it should work as written.
2)Day 7, i.e. carb-up, is for supercompensation and rest, this let's the most glycogen/water to be shuttled into the muscle via insulin, without interruption of cardio.
3)The sudden intake of carbs will be used for refilling of muscle glycogen.
4) I have tried to workout, and I have tried to do cardio on my carb-up day, and it turned out to be awful. No efficient recompensation nor not visible muscle pump.
Alright thanks for the reply Mr .X.. I was just curious I couldnt really figure it out because I just kept thinking that a carb up would cause an increase in bodyfat thats all.
